Cambridge University Place For Ishfak!

It was a long wait for this year’s A-Level students after exams were cancelled and teacher assessment was used to determine students’ grades.

Haverstock Sixth Form student Ishfak wins place at Cambridge University

Haverstock Sixth Form is hugely proud of Ishfak (pictured) who has been accepted at King’s College Cambridge to read Natural Sciences. He joins the 25% of this year’s cohort who are taking up places at the prestigious Russell Group of elite universities.  

Headteacher James Hadley, says, 'Our Year 13 students were denied the opportunity to take their exams as a result of the pandemic but have shown incredible resilience and determination during the unprecedented times in which we live. We are immensely proud of them all.’
