  • Team London Awards

    On Wednesday 17th September at City Hall, at the  Team London 2014 awards, Haverstock was the winner of  the Team London Young Ambassadors School Award for exemplary contribution to volunteering. The award was presented by Boris Johnson for the school’s volunteering work in the community. Three students,  Vladislav Trayanov, Selin Sun and Joao Cordeiro accepted the award on behalf of the school. In addition, Year 12 student Nasimur Rahman won the under 25s sports and healthy living volunteering award for his work with Pro Touch football.

  • Parent Governor Vacancies

    Have you got what it takes to be a parent governor?
     
    We have six elected parent governors who do an excellent job. We obviously would like the parent governors to reflect the diversity of the school population. You will be elected to serve for four vital years as you help Haverstock to move from good with outstanding features to an outstanding school. At the moment we have three vacancies.

  • Strike Action

    You may be aware that the NUT are taking national strike action over pay, pensions and workload on Thursday 10th July. The majority of Haverstock teachers, who are NUT members, are striking on Thursday 10th July as part of this industrial action.
     
    The school will be open as normal on Friday 11th July.
