Our Governing Body

The H3 Federation Governing Body works collaboratively to provide strategic leadership, support and challenge across Haverstock, Heath and Harmood Schools.

The role of the Governing Body is to help shape the overall direction and character of the Federation, monitor progress and standards, review and approve the budget, appoint and support senior leaders, review policies and procedures, and ensure the Federation fulfils its statutory duties.

The Governing Body meets regularly, and governors also visit the schools, making contact with different departments and attending events and performances.

The full Governing Body is chaired by Rachel Hermer. Governors also serve on the following committees:

  • Harmood School Committee – chaired by Anthony Neuberger
  • Finance and Resources Committee – chaired by Patrick Stillman
