Lunchtime Arrangements for Next Term

 As we prepare for next term, please take note of the following lunchtime arrangements and expectations.

1. Year 7 Lunch Arrangements

As part of the transition process, Year 7 students have been allowed to go to lunch 10 minutes earlier than the other year groups. Year 7 have now settled in very well and, starting next term, will join the other year groups for lunch at the usual time.

2. Hot Food Section – Pizza, Wraps and Paninis

Please remember that the hot food section also serves pizza, wraps and paninis. Students are encouraged to queue at this section when purchasing these items to help distribute queues more evenly and reduce congestion at other serving points. This will help ensure that lunchtime runs smoothly and everyone is served as efficiently as possible.

3. Keeping Our School Clean – No Littering

All students are expected to dispose of their rubbish in the bins provided and help keep the dining areas and school grounds clean and tidy. Please do not leave litter on tables, chairs or the floor. Everyone has a responsibility to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

4. Leaving the Dining Area Tidy

Before leaving the dining area, all students must ensure that tables are left clean and free of litter, all rubbish is placed in the bins provided, and chairs are tucked neatly under the tables. These small actions help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
