Best Sixth Form results in Haverstock’s history! 22% of all grades awarded either an A* or an A.
Haverstock School’s Sixth Form has undergone a remarkable transformation since 2019. Heavily oversubscribed ever since, this year’s results once again highlight the rapid and impressive progress achieved by both the Sixth Form and its students.
Haverstock is immensely proud of the Class of 2025, with 22% of all grades awarded at A*-A, a 6% rise on last year’s strong performance. An impressive 45% of grades were A*-B - over a 30% increase compared with five years ago, when A Levels were last sat without pandemic-related adjustments.
Of particular note are the achievements of Nejwa Seid who will go on to study Dentistry at King’s after achieving A*A*A*; Nafisa Rahman achieving A*A*A who will study Dentistry at Leeds and Shaquil Leurs who has gained a place at Cambridge University to study HSPS with A*A*A. Further to these phenomenal achievements, Jolina Bashkurti will study PPE at Durham having achieved A*AA, Arafath Md Hamid achieved A*AAA and will study Computer Science at Imperial, Ebube Nduka-Okeke will study Nursing at Salford with AAA and Tyler Walker will study Geography at UCL with A*ABB.
These results cap off a brilliant year at Haverstock, which saw a very positive Ofsted inspection confirming the school’s status as a safe and happy place. The Sixth Form continues to grow rapidly, and Year 7 continues to expand in spite of the downward trend seen across inner London. Haverstock continues to build its links too — formally with ABS, richly benefiting from its Arts and Inclusion expertise, and supporting Haverstock to further develop its rich, inclusive, and broad curriculum which serves to enable all students, of all ages, to thrive.
