A Music Masterclass From DJ Youssef.

At Haverstock School we're proud to be a centre of excellence in modern music. Last week, we hosted our first Music Masterclass of the year where the students were excited to meet renowned DJ Youssef, and to learn from his 20 years of experience in music. They were specially pleased to be given the opportunity to scratch, mix and work the decks themselves!

There's SO much more happening in our Music department too. Every Monday, we have Musical Theatre group. On Wednesdays (Week B) we have Beats And Rhymes club in which students learn DJing, rapping, and songwriting with our brand new Logic Pro software. And on Thursdays (Week B), our Choir meet.

And we are delighted to announce that this year's Winter Showcase is on Thursday 9 December. Auditions take place soon: watch this space for details!
