DRAFT Arbor Parent Portal and Payments
Moving from ParentPay to Arbor Pay
From September 2026, we will no longer use ParentPay for school meal payments or any other school payments. We will be moving to Arbor Pay, which will become our new online payment system for:

Music tuition and clubs |
Other school activities, resources and events |
Parents and carers should ensure they can access their Arbor account before the start of term. Any existing balance currently held in ParentPay for current students will be transferred automatically to Arbor, so you do not need to take any action.
Before September, please:

Check that you can access your Arbor account

Ensure your contact details are up to date

Add funds to your child’s account if they are not eligible for free school meals

Arbor Parent Portal and App

The Arbor Parent Portal and App allows parents and carers to stay connected with their child’s school life and access important information in one place.
Through Arbor, you will be able to:
- View your child’s timetable
- Check attendance information
- View behaviour and achievement updates
- Access academic reports
- Book parents’ evening appointments
- Make payments for school meals, trips, clubs and other school activities
All parents and carers should already have access to an Arbor account. If you have not yet activated your account, please contact the school office for support.
Accessing Arbor
You can access Arbor in two ways:
Arbor Parent Portal
Access Arbor through your web browser using the email address registered with the school.
Arbor App
The Arbor Parent App is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Apple devices (iPhone/iPad): Download the Arbor Parent App from the App Store
- Android devices: Download the Arbor Parent & Guardian Portal from Google Play
Please use the same email address that is registered with the school when logging in.
If you are logging in for the first time, select “First Time Logging In” or “Forgotten my password” and follow the instructions provided.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive a password reset email.
Cashless Catering
Students will continue to use the school’s cashless catering system when purchasing food in the canteen.
Students use their fingerprint to make purchases, providing a quick and secure way to pay without needing to remember a PIN or carry cash.
We strongly recommend that all students use this system.
